I was a first-time patient at your office about a week ago and have to say that in 52 years, I have never ENJOYED being at the dentist. My anxiety/fear level was not as high as it has been at other dental offices, but it was most certainly there. However, Carol, you were amazing. Quite honestly, your kindness, calm demeanor, the way you made me feel like I, truly, was important, had time for me… it made the visit …a welcome experience.
Dr. Wardius, just your affect was sweet. My visits to the dentist, as I told you, have been rather infrequent, to say the least, in the past 20 years. I see my mouth/teeth, as being a total disaster, but you were so complementary regarding how well I had cared for myself that it made me want to do an even better job.
I will be having some work done via sedation and am excited to see how things turn out. Hopefully, in the future, implants will be done and I will be able to smile without embarrassment for the first time in my life – and I look forward to that.
Thank you so very much for your kindness, calmness, and making me feel like I was not just another number coming through. You all are wonderful.
